To ensure all our clients have a fulfilling and wholesome experience we have set a few basic policies
TIME OF BOOKING
When placing your booking all hair and beauty services over $100 you will be required to place a $50 deposit to secure your service.
This will be deducted from your total amount on the day of your appointment.
LATE ARRIVAL POLICY
If you arrive late for your appointment please understand that your treatment may be altered to ensure our stylists finish on time, so the next client is not affected.
If you are aware that you will be late to an appointment please reach out as we may be able to reschedule your appointment or other clients.
If you are more than 20 minutes late you may be asked to reschedule your appointment.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that life can be unpredictable and unforeseen events may impact your ability to attend your appointment however we do kindly ask that our clients endeavour to provide 24 hours notice.
NO SHOW
In the event that a client has not arrived for their appointment and/or has also not called to notify the salon of their absence, they will lose their deposit. If a deposit was not taken a 10% no show fee will be applied and charged upon the booking of their next appointment.
